Six steps, and you know which one you are in

| 1. Consultation | We walk the kitchen, measure, photograph and talk through what is possible. Free. |
| 2. Written estimate | Fixed scope with allowances broken out as line items. No demolition before you have it. |
| 3. Design | Measured drawings and a 3D model. Finishes and appliances selected before anything is ordered. |
| 4. Permit | Plan check with the city, plus HOA or historic review where it applies. |
| 5. Build | Demolition, rough-in, inspections, cabinetry, stone, tile, appliances, paint. |
| 6. Close out | Punch list, warranty documents, and the room cleaned before we leave. |
What we will tell you that others will not
If the layout you want triggers structural work, we say so at the estimate and price the engineering. If the panel cannot carry the appliances, that is in the estimate too. If refacing the existing boxes is the better use of your money than replacing them, we will say that even though it is a smaller job.
Credentials
Licensed, insured and bonded. General liability to $5 million. We do not ask for money up front beyond the deposit the contract states, and every change is a written change order before work starts.
A refresh, not a rebuild
When the cabinet boxes are sound, they can stay and be repainted off white. New bar pulls, stone-look counters and a white subway tile backsplash do the rest. Not every kitchen needs a gut job, and we will tell you when yours does not.
